Subscription Terms

Premium Subscription

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 USD per month
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled
• Features: Unlimited number generation and saved tickets
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account

Billing and Cancellation

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

Intellectual Property

• The App and its content are owned by LuckyPulse and protected by copyright laws
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• All trademarks and service marks are property of their respective owners

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LuckyPulse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.
